About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TechOps Team Lead to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a TechOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in delivering high-quality IT services to our employees. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical professionals in delivering high-quality IT services

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve IT services and infrastructure

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering high-quality IT services
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and implement technical strategies to improve IT services and infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
