Foundation Phase Age Group Casual Coach

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Football Coach to join our team at Liverpool Football Club. As a Foundation Phase Age Group Casual Coach, you will be responsible for delivering coaching sessions to young athletes, developing their skills and abilities, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver coaching sessions to young athletes, following a training programme.
- Develop and implement coaching curriculum to meet the needs of young athletes.
- Coach in a way that encourages young athletes to ask questions, seek feedback, and take ownership of their learning.
- Work closely with other coaches, medics, and performance staff to ensure the well-being and development of young athletes.
- Ensure all games and festivals are well-managed, with a focus on player development and safety.
- Be available to offer advice, guidance, and support to young athletes on football and personal matters.
Requirements
- FA Level 2/UEFA C or above coaching qualification.
- FA DBS.
- FA Safeguarding Children.
- FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency First Aid.
