Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accommodation Facilities Manager to join our team at the Logistics Operation Centre in Solihull. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and meeting the highest quality standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a recognised time-served apprenticeship with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering maintenance discipline. A proven maintenance engineering professional with high standards of electrical and mechanical understanding and competencies is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Performing detailed preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with schedules
  • Fault diagnosis and rectification on all plant and equipment within the manufacturing facility
  • Identifying the root cause of asset faults, improving asset performance and reliability to meet operational objectives

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
