Job Overview:
A Programme Management Lead is required to deliver PMO artefacts for the AUKUS Programme, supporting the UK and Australia working together. The role involves end-to-end project management, stakeholder management, and integration governance with the MoD.

About the Role:
This Programme Management Lead will be responsible for delivering PMO artefacts such as schedules, risk assessments, and cost reports. They will also enable projects to support the UK and Australia's international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver PMO artefacts, including schedules, risk assessments, and cost reports* Enable projects to support the UK and Australia's international collaboration* Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively* Integrate governance with the MoD for international programme delivery

Requirements:
* End-to-end project management experience* Project management qualification (APM or Prince2)* Extensive stakeholder management experience, preferably internationally* Strong communication and leadership skills* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment* Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a defence industry context* Familiarity with PMO artefacts and their application in programme management* Ability to apply knowledge of project management principles and practices* Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
