Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during nights and its various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate emergency situations, including fires, downtime, accidents, and system failures.
  • Complete duty management duties, focusing on lobby management, food and beverage outlets, concierge, and front desk areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a first-class initial impression of the hotel and resolving any guest-facing issues.
  • Log and track guest issues and problems, maintaining accurate records for follow-up and resolution.
  • Oversee the overall care, hospitality, and service provided to guests throughout their stay.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure inventory is fully covered, and guest rooms are serviced and inspected.
  • Liaise with the chief engineer to address rooms out of order or out of service, and follow up on progress.
  • Be highly visible in the hotel lobby and outlets, proactively approaching guests to check on their satisfaction and ensuring all requests and comments are addressed.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints, ensuring all issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on all matters related to fire prevention, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
