Job Title: SEMH Support Worker Specialist School

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide exceptional support for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a specialist school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs

  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
