Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Stores Person to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Stores are maintained to a high standard and taking full responsibility for the availability of products.
Key Responsibilities- Process orders as required with the correct procedure.
- Issue stock products to clients.
- Expedite all outstanding purchase orders in a timely manner when required.
- Accurately and efficiently record goods delivered into the stock control system.
- Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure approved documentation is accurately completed and authorized where necessary.
- Conduct rotational stock checks.
- Record stock locations for new products required in store.
- Record stock adjustments and take action as appropriate.
- Delivery of excellent client experience and satisfaction.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with responsive action.
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent IT/computer skills (SAP, MS Excel are desirable).
