Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of our medium-term financial planning and coordination of the Council's annual budget process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on the development and delivery of medium-term financial planning in conjunction with Senior Leaders and Finance Business Partner colleagues.
  • Coordinate financial monitoring and reporting processes across the Council, ensuring regular reporting to the council's leadership and improving current processes.
  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners and coordinate processes for development of financial mitigations.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and deliver genuine change and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
