Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

The Role:

As a Full Stack Java Developer at Wakapi, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications primarily using Java. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that software meets customer needs and follows development guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and debug software applications using Java.
  • Identify and implement solutions to challenges encountered during development.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Understand client requirements, analyze, and implement new enhancements while fixing bugs.
  • Provide flexible software design to accommodate change requests efficiently.
  • Write and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Java web development.
  • Good experience with Java Spring boot framework and Java programming language.
  • Experience with Angular.
  • Good understanding of microservice architecture.
  • Good experience in Postgres SQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with AWS is a plus.
  • Multitasking person.
  • Good testing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in the Agile software development process.
