Ambulance Vehicle Preparation Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ambulance Vehicle Preparation Operative to join our team at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of our operational support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and supporting our operations in meeting their targets.
Main Duties
Process Ambulance Service Vehicles in a prescribed and controlled way to ensure each ambulance is fully equipped and prepared to attend and treat a patient.
Conduct detailed cleaning and Infection Prevention and Control activities, checking and inspecting medical and lifting & handling equipment, restocking all consumables, and completing vehicle checks.
Prepare consumables, manage stock control, re-fuel and move vehicles across various locations, and record all daily activities.

Requirements
Driving licence with full Category C1 entitlement, valid in the UK.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
Ability to work unsocial hours on a 7 day/24 hour shift rota system.
