Nursery Director

Job Summary:
Nursery People is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Develop and implement stimulating experiences, environments, and resources that promote children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Embed an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments between children and staff.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and maintain high-quality care and education standards.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working in full-day care nursery settings, with at least a couple of years as a Nursery Manager.
- Experience leading a nursery through an Ofsted Inspection is highly desirable.
- Level 3 qualification or above in childcare.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
