Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursery Manager to lead our team at Beaumont House Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and parents
  • Manage budgets and finances to ensure the sustainability of the nursery
  • Market and promote the nursery to attract new families and increase occupancy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards to ensure compliance and excellence

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a day nursery
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver high-quality care and education
