Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates from £12.25 to £14.50 per hour, with bank holiday pay rates starting at £24.00 per hour. You'll also receive guaranteed contract hours, minimum 1-hour calls, mileage and travel time paid separately, and access to our exclusive discounts scheme and employee assistance programme.

Job Description
As a Home-Based Elderly Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Companionship and wellbeing support
  • Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
  • Accompanying clients to the shops or appointments
  • Assisting with washing, dressing, or bathing

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a kind heart, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
