ELEMIS is looking for a skilled Beauty Consultant Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on our range of beauty products and treatments.

Job Summary:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on ELEMIS products and treatments.
  • Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and reactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make effective product and treatment recommendations to clients based on their needs.
  • Process bookings, orders, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments.
  • Educate oneself with updated product information and actively participate in coaching and training sessions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales and revenue.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent.
  • NVQ in Beauty/Customer Care preferred.
  • Contact/call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent use of the English language.
  • Good customer service skills in a similar role are an advantage.
  • ELEMIS treatment and product knowledge (training provided).

Salary:

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
