About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Share Plans Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Share Plans Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans, as well as managing the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process and compliance for executive share plans, including managing relationships with senior stakeholders and external providers.
  • Manage the operation and compliance of international all-employee share plans, including overseeing regulatory filings and ensuring timely submissions by local teams.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners in Company Secretariat, Finance, Payroll, Communications, Legal, and Tax functions to ensure requirements are defined and delivered.
  • Oversee the share plan budget and ensure effective financial management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and simplification initiatives to enhance the share plans operation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in executive and all-employee share plans in international organisations.
  • Excellent numerical ability and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Able to work effectively alone and as part of a team.
  • ICSA Share Plans qualification would be an advantage.
