Share Plans Specialist About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Share Plans Specialist to join our team at Annapurna HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee share plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of share schemes. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the company's share plans, including equity grants and share options
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and global tax laws
  • Provide support to employees regarding plan details, tax implications, and general queries
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement new share plans
  • Prepare and analyse reports on plan performance and employee participation
Requirements We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in share plan administration or a similar role. Strong knowledge of UK and international tax laws relating to share plans is essential. Proficiency in using share plan management software is also required.
