We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fostering Recruitment Administrator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fostering recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process all fostering enquiries, including initial home visits and assessments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment and assessment process, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful placement of foster families.
  • Process and manage all relevant documentation and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to foster families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
