  • Collaborate with the wider Kids Planet team to drive innovation, improve quality, and enhance the reputation of our nursery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, behaviour, and progress notes.

**Requirements:**

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in nursery management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children. A deep understanding of child development and educational principles is essential, as is the ability to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth.

**Salary:** £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
