Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Divisional Director to lead our Tech Desk, driving growth and excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing a team, developing strategies, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Tech Desk team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our market presence and revenue streams.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting career growth and succession planning.
