Job Description: NHS Compliance Officer - Policy and Procedure

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Officer. As a key member of our Corporate Governance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:
This role will involve working closely with the Corporate Governance Manager to develop and implement new policies and procedures, as well as reviewing and updating existing ones. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures.
  • Review and update existing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the Corporate Governance Manager.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
  • The ability to communicate difficult or technical information orally, electronically or in writing.
  • Understanding of quality governance requirements for NHS Foundation Trusts.
