Job Title: Head of Events and Experiences

Frieze Publishing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Events and Experiences to join our team. As a key member of our Events Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and engage current and new prospective audience and VIP attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event strategies to drive audience growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Fair Directors, VIP Director, and Partnerships teams to align regional events with appropriate audiences.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Partnerships team on sponsored event planning.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of all events across the company, including budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, and logistics.
  • Manage a team of events professionals, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in events production and management.
  • Proven experience leading a team and working autonomously.
  • Project management experience within a commercial environment, dealing with clients and brands.
  • Experience in recruiting team members and managing budgets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience with guest list software and RSVP software.
