About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the physical and mental needs of our residents.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and best practices.

About You:

  • You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
  • You should have a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
  • You should have a successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
