About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and high-quality nursing care to residents across multiple care homes in the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing teams in multiple care homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the physical and mental needs of residents
  • Ensure new residents are settling in and receiving the best possible care
  • Advance the skills of nursing team members through training and development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration
  • Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Track record of producing care plans and risk assessments
