Electrical Workshop Specialist

LG ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Workshop Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out daily workshop duties, including building bespoke machinery and equipment, inspecting goods, and training operators on machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out daily workshop duties, including assembly and testing of components
* Goods in inspection and goods out packaging and crating/palletising
* Producing assembly kits for production
* Carrying out installations of machines into customers' premises, commissioning machines
* Training operators on the machinery on customer premises when required
* Breakdown assistance at customer premises and remote assistance to customers of components and equipment.
Requirements:
* Time served or other relevant qualification within Electrical Engineering
* Experience working with heavy plant/industrial machinery
* A background within the food manufacturing or packaging industry would be advantageous for this role
* Electrically biased with sound mechanical knowledge
* A team player with a willingness to learn and undertake further training where required
