Your Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and healthcare providers* Provide one-to-one and group counseling sessions to support clients in achieving their recovery goals* Work closely with community organizations and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to promote a culture of mutual respect and trust

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a deep understanding of substance abuse and mental health issues, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. A related degree or diploma, combined with relevant experience in the field, is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,326 - £28,394 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. A competitive salary package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
