Our client, a leading organization in the field of accounting and finance, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Insights Specialist. This role is part of an established team and requires an individual with relevant qualifications or a few years of experience in finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and improve future performance.
  • Optimize financial performance by focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) within business specializations.
Deliverables:
  • Complete weekly flash reports, weekly profit and loss statements, and month-end close accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Identify, challenge, and proactively satisfy internal customer requirements to provide information, interpretation, and insights to functional teams, promoting effective delivery of commercial and operational performance.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly reports, ensuring queries are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), QBE, or studying towards a qualification.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Power BI is desirable.
