Alumni Records Coordinator

PROSPECTUS is seeking an Alumni Records Coordinator to join our team. As a permanent, part-time (21 hours per week) position based in Dulwich, you will be responsible for managing our alumnae database and supporting development and alumnae activities.
About the Position:
- You will maintain the alumnae database, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- You will update and maintain accurate records, ensuring data complies with GDPR legislation and best practices.
- You will liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate figures and data reconciliation.
- You will assist with department alumnae reunions and events.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in database administration, including import/export, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office suite of products and bespoke systems.
- Knowledge of systems such as ToucanTech or Raiser's Edge.
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
