**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our on-site Vehicle Enhancement Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met, while maintaining high standards of work and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the Vehicle Enhancement Team to achieve daily production targets and meet customer standards and KPIs.
  • Ensure effective management of staff, maximization of available resources, and a positive customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: check all work produced by the Vehicle Enhancement Team to ensure high standards of work are maintained and customer expectations are met.
  • Action upgrades and downgrades by liaising with inspection teams to enhance quality of production and service delivery.
  • Ensure all employment, environmental, health and safety, PPE, and other policies are strictly adhered to.
  • Complete all repairs up to the Company standard, ready for final quality control, including all forms of prep work, masking, priming, paint mixing, paint, and polish work.

**Requirements:**

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
