Educational Assistant

**Job Requirements**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at a prestigious secondary school in Ealing. The successful candidate will have a degree in a core subject, experience working with children or young adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and excellent behaviour management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with SpLD in academic subjects
- Assist teachers in lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one tuition to students as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with dyslexia
Requirements:
- Degree in a core subject
- Experience working with children or young adults with SEN
- B or above in subjects at A level
- Behaviour management skills
- Professional manner and enthusiasm
