HR Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in HR or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
