We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead our team in implementing positive approaches that improve wellbeing and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism and Challenging Behaviour. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering PROACT-SCIPr-UK training across the region and providing supervision, leadership, and ongoing support to PBS Practitioners.

About the Role
  • Lead the implementation of PBS in designated regions.
  • Deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK training across the region.

  • Proven experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
Salary and Benefits

$70,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package.
