About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for your team, stock, operational, and GPhC (PSNI) standards. You will be expected to inspire every person who works in your pharmacy to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and service
- Ensure compliance with GPhC (PSNI) standards and regulations
- Manage stock levels and optimize inventory to maximize profit
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- GPhC qualified pharmacist
- Experience of working in a community pharmacy
- Strong leadership qualities and commercial approach to pharmacy management
