Health Promotion Manager

You will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of health promotion programs in early years settings across the Vale of Glamorgan, as part of the Healthy and Sustainable Pre-School Scheme. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, including UHB Communication teams and external experts, to develop and monitor project plans, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure sustainable outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead and drive successful delivery of public health programs, focusing on the Vale Healthy and Sustainable Pre-School Scheme.
- To analyze data and evidence to identify trends and areas for improvement in early years settings, health and wellbeing, sustainability, and local needs.
- To provide expert advice on public health programs and sustainability to partners, promoting collaboration and joint working.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Public Health or Health Promotion.
- Significant experience in public health work, preferably in a similar role or setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
Salary: £44,527 - £71,400 per annum
