Job Description

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of electrical systems in commercial buildings across Central London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Ensure that contractual obligations are met, adhering to relevant KPIs and SLAs.
  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including PPMs and repairs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians to utilize skills and expertise as required.
  • AHU / FCU / HVAC Maintenance: Maintain and repair air handling units, fan coil units, and HVAC systems.
  • Multi-Skilled Maintenance: Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems.
  • PAT Testing: Conduct PAT testing to ensure electrical equipment is safe for use.
  • General Building Maintenance: Perform general building maintenance tasks, including helpdesk requests and repairs.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 Electrical or equivalent qualification.
  • Certifications: 17th or 18th Edition certification.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of electrical services, sound administration and organizational skills, and general building maintenance experience.
  • Additional Requirements: Multi-skilled, ability to work overtime when required, and mechanical experience desirable.
