Electrical Shift Engineer Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join our client's team in a commercial building near London Bridge, London.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to work on a 4on 4off days shift, ensuring the efficient maintenance of electrical systems in a large commercial building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance to ensure the building's electrical systems are running smoothly.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Perform AHU/FCU/HVAC maintenance and PPMs on electrical, mechanical, and building fabrics.
  • Conduct PAT testing and general building maintenance tasks as required.
  • Assess helpdesk requests and carry out repairs as necessary.
Requirements
  • Electrically qualified to level 3.
  • 18th edition certification.
  • Experience working in a large commercial building.
  • Ability to provide copies of trade certificates.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with excellent communication and customer skills.
