About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our GROW programme, a structured 3-year development programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree, such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate or similar.

  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
