About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled mechanic to lead vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing within the workshop. Key responsibilities include ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics on various vehicles to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Replace critical components with precision.
- Carry out routine maintenance and full vehicle services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all vehicles are roadworthy.
- Keep accurate records of work completed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Diagnostics or related field. Proven experience as a mechanic with strong diagnostic skills. Expertise in replacing timing belts, clutches, and other key components. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Full UK driving licence. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
