Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Aviemore team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who need care and assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing social support and companionship to individuals to help them engage with their communities.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting individuals with daily household tasks like general housework, laundry, and meal preparation.

Estimated salary: £25,500 - £32,000 per annum based on location and experience.
