Job Title: Electromechanical Assembly Engineer

CAE is seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Assembly Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the hardware engineering solution for large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver hardware technical activities of large-scale programs by applying mature engineering knowledge and techniques.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate hardware functionality and performance.
  • Integrate hardware components into the SAP facility.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during system integration and deployment.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals and in-service support documentation.
Project Management:
  • Participate in project planning and progress reviews.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress against milestones.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the area of responsibility in the project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering programs through the engineering lifecycle.
  • Experience of following engineering governance (SOR, PDR, CDR...).
  • Experience delivering the technical element of projects or programs.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and coordination skills.
