The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic leadership, with a strong focus on teaching, learning, and assessment. They will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
The Deputy Head Academic will play a key role in shaping the academic vision and strategy of the school, and will be responsible for leading and managing a team of teachers and support staff. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the school's academic policies and procedures are implemented effectively, and that the school is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the academic direction of the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
