Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our established and successful team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing quality leads, identifying and building key relationships, and delivering customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery
- Deliver a best-in-class service through a quality resourced and well-managed infrastructure.
- Delivering customer service excellence involves understanding what has been sold and delivering and exceeding the customer expectations.
- Understand the Kingdom business and our processes to deliver customer service excellence.
- Understand the customers business and their processes to deliver customer service excellence.
- Lead Generation and Relationship Building
- Generate and nurture quality leads.
- Identify and build key relationships.
- Contract Development and Growth
- Sustainably grow the business through ambitious but achievable targets and a best-in-class and compelling WHY proposition.
- Grow client base with new contracts as well as maintain current relationships.
- Compliance and Inspirational Leadership
- Install and embed best-in-class written process.
- Support relevant statutory compliance and other regulations.
- Support Group ESG targets and ambitions.
- Support written process, ownership, accountability, teamwork, and capability building.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Install real and achievable team KPI outputs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews against the Job Description and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Recognise and reward and maintain the right balance between colleague happiness and drive.
- Supporting disciplinary and grievance & constructive management of conflicts.
- Succession planning.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 year's proven sales experience within the security industry in a similar role with a high-quality service provider.
- Experience and strong knowledge base of the Temporary CCTV industry.
- Experience and strong knowledge base of the Security Guarding (inc Waking Watch) industry.
- Professional Qualifications & Licenses
- A driving license holder.
- A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential).
- Other appropriate qualifications.
- Operations or Departmental Manager Level 5 (preferred but not essential).
- Skills

- An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels and a strong presenter.
- Software competent with Microsoft office software, Sales CRM and Barbour ABI.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who is passionate about delivering a best-in-class service. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing quality leads, identifying and building key relationships, and delivering customer service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's proven sales experience within the security industry in a similar role with a high-quality service provider. They will also have experience and strong knowledge base of the Temporary CCTV industry and Security Guarding (inc Waking Watch) industry.
The successful applicant will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, and will be able to work effectively at several levels. They will also be software competent with Microsoft office software, Sales CRM and Barbour ABI.
