We are seeking an experienced and innovative academic leader to join our senior leadership team at St James' Catholic High School.

The successful candidate will be a well-qualified and experienced teacher, with a strong track record of leadership and management.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing the Modern Foreign Languages department, ensuring that all pupils receive a high-quality education and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To develop and implement effective teaching strategies to drive pupil progress and attainment.
  2. To work closely with other subject leaders and senior leaders to ensure consistency and quality across the school.
  3. To contribute to whole-school initiatives and projects, such as staff training and development programmes.
  4. To promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and engagement from all pupils.
