">About the Role
">We are seeking a talented Facilities Manager to join our team in this exciting role. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our site, including ensuring the smooth delivery of site services, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing relationships with third-party contractors.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Site Operations: You will be responsible for managing the delivery of site services, including post/deliveries, cleaning, vending management, office services, waste, hard services, and other site-related activities.
- Financial Management: You will be accountable for accurate forecasting and attending periodic client review meetings to ensure that financial budgets are managed effectively.
- Contractor Management: You will be responsible for managing relationships with third-party contractors, including completing inductions, maintaining QHSE paperwork, and escorting them around the site.
- Health and Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all QHSE requirements, including completion of required monthly Health & Safety documents within required timelines.
- Performance Metrics: You will be responsible for daily monitoring of site work orders to ensure account KPIs are met, and managing and performing meeting room set-ups and bookings in line with client requirements.
Requirements
">- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing a 'quality' and proactive service.
- Experience and Qualifications: You will have 5 years of experience in a similar position in an FM or related services environment, and possess good knowledge of SLAs/KPIs, contracts, and negotiations.
- Skills and Competencies: You will be PC literate, with competence in oral and written skills, and able to work to pressured deadlines. Strong finance skills with budget management experience are essential.
Salary
">The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
