Sacco Mann is seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in debt recovery and insolvency, gained within a reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting fee earners on a caseload of commercial debt recovery and insolvency work.
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.
  • Negotiating settlement and payment plans.
  • Preparing files for litigation.
  • Preparing instructions to counsel and trial bundles.
  • Adhering to court direction and dealing with post-judgment formalities.

Requirements:

  • Upwards of 1 year's debt recovery or insolvency experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £25,000.
