Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enforcement Agent to join our team. As an Enforcement Agent, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and businesses resolve debt issues and avoid further action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit properties to collect debt payments and negotiate payment plans
  • Communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and provide guidance on debt management
  • Work with colleagues to identify and resolve complex debt cases
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to the team's success
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse individuals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic salary of £23,800 + commission and bonus structure
  • Company car, fuel card, and business expenses
