We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Humanities to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Humanities department, teaching at KS3 & KS4, and contributing to the school's academic excellence.

About the Role

The Director of Humanities will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement curriculum plans, assess student progress, and provide support to teachers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership role in a well-resourced and supportive department.

  • A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)">

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
