Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an excellent benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
Job Description
The maintenance engineer will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, as well as continuous improvement and reliability projects. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and contribute to the company's success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working in an industrial environment as a maintenance engineer. You should possess mechanical skills, including belts, bearings, chains, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and pumps. Electrical skills, such as control panels, three-phase, single-phase, motors, sensors, relays, and inverters, are also essential. Additionally, you should have experience with CNC machinery and be qualified in engineering. Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance is also necessary.
