About the Role

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in Grimsby, covering surrounding areas up to 1 hour distance.

As a Carpenter / Joiner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work to both occupied and void properties.

You will undertake a variety of trade repairs, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery within a social housing setting.

The successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Health & Safety, customer-focused skills, and experience of working in both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • To receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device
  • To work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience
  • To participate on the on-call rota

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

About You

Candidates should hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification and have excellent working H & S knowledge.

Estimated Salary

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
