About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operational Planner to join our Integrated Maintenance and Repair (IMR) Alliance team. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a crucial role in enabling and planning end-to-end delivery processes for both planned and reactive work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tactical and operational resource planning to ensure efficient schedules for Customer Service front-line teams.
  • Enable, plan, and in-day manage leakage and customer jobs to deliver optimum resource fit against forecast demand.
  • Work closely with the planning team to drive business targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong awareness and understanding of water network issues.
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a reactive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning/scheduling, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the IMR Alliance.
