A Key Responsibility
As a skilled Planner - Modifications and Upgrades, you will collaborate closely with the sales, engineering, and projects teams within the M&U product line. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive planning methodology that enables efficient resource allocation, project tracking, and sales forecasting.

Key Performance Indicators
Develop a high-level understanding of engineering team workloads, including individual work assignments. Maintain a top-level overview of individual M&U project plans, encompassing engineering status, material status, and future availability of the engineering team, in coordination with individual Project Managers. Utilize the gathered information to support future sales proposals, lead times, and monitor the impact of sales forecasts. Provide a long-term view on resource requirements based on sales forecast reviews.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline, is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. Relevant industry certifications or training in project planning and resource management are advantageous.
